Grab and Go Healthy Breakfast: Zip Lock Omelet

This food choice will keep you on the right track to attain a terrific balance of womens fitness & diet.

Take a quart size Ziplock freezer bag and then:
Crack two eggs (large or extra-large) directly into the bag (not over 2) shake to blend them.
Place your ingredients such as: low fat cheeses, tomato, green pepper, onion, ham, etc. in and mix up well.
